Ethiopian Yirgacheffe region organic
Yirgacheffe is arguably one of the best coffees in the world. Cup characteristics are best preserved by keeping a light roast. A fruity and floral coffee with clean finish. We buy ethically sourced specialty grade beans from small organic farmers. Because of this the farms we acquire coffee from may change from season to season due to limited small batches available but we pledge to a buy specialty grade beans so you will always have a consistently amazing coffee from us.
Fun fact about Ehiopian coffees - The birthplace of coffee! Oldest recognized country of origin for uncultivated arabica species. All of those wonderful coffees from central and south America and other parts of the world were transplanted from Africa
Costa Rica Tarrazu region organic
This wonderful coffee comes from the heart of the famous Tarrazu growing region. We source from only specialty grade farms. These coffees are grown at very high altitudes in rich volcanic soil in an environment that produces some of the best coffee in the world. As for flavors there are aromas of black pepper and brown butter and very sweet and juicy apple characteristics. There is a very smooth and silky mouth feel. Darker roasts bring out more chocolate flavors.

Guatemala Huehuetenango organic
Most people know the reputation of the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. We source from organic certified coops who produce beans committed to quality and sustainability. These coffees are fantastic and have flavors of Brown sugar, lemon and milk chocolate. Lighter roasts are more acidic and citrus flavored while darker roasts bring out the chocolate flavoring. It also makes a great single origin espresso!
